Payments made for driving license, tourist permits won’t lapse till July 31

Payments made by applicants for obtaining documents or availing services under the Central Motor Vehicle Rules such new or renewal of driving licence, learners licence, international driving permit and to undertake any test on or after February 1 won’t lapse till July 31.
