‘Relook import of bulletproof jacket raw material from China’

Government think tank Niti Aayog has suggested that manufacturers take a relook at the raw material imported from China for making bulletproof jackets for the Army and will suggest that state-owned telecom company BSNL use indigenous technology for its 4G technology, a top policy adviser said on Monday.
